A bespoke garden room and home bar at an end-terrace property in Felsham, built as an insulated, year-round space.
The Project
This project added a bespoke garden room and home bar to an end-terrace property in Felsham, accessed down an alleyway. The building is a modern, fully insulated structure built to Building Regulations, with painted timber cladding, an EPDM rubber roof, engineered oak flooring and French doors. Inside, we built a bespoke oak bar with storage and LED backlighting, a seating area, and a cloakroom with its own drainage and water heater. It is fully wired with spotlights, feature and bar lighting, USB points and power for a TV, speakers and appliances, and heated with electric radiators, so it works as a proper year-round space.
